Pre-prep News
On Friday, 4th May, Pre-prep joined forces to have a “shared” Privilege Time. This involved each adult in the department offering an activity.
All children were able to choose what they most wanted to do and as a result mixed age groups of children embarked on cooking, sports, jewellery making with beads, making plasticine animals and mega blocks.
It was lovely to see children from Nursery through to Class II all working together and having great fun as a reward for all their good choices and efforts through the week.

Nursery News
This week we are talking about “animal babies”. We are giving the children the opportunity to learn and talk about animals and their babies.
We encourage the children to talk about any experiences that they have had with animals and have enjoyed sorting toy animals into pairs and families. The children have been finding out about the things that animals have to learn as they grow up.
If anyone has any animal babies at home and are willing to bring them into nursery to show the children you will be most welcome. Please let me know.
Next week we will be talking about “eggs and life cycles”.
