The transfer, which you requested, of your current Microsoft package

This email contains important information about migrating your data to
your new webspace in your Linux package.
Within the next 24 hours you will need to upload your data to the new
webspace, since it is not possible for us to transfer the files between
the two systems. This data transfer is best achieved by using FTP first
to download your website data to your local PC and then upload the data
to the new webspace.
Please note the following special settings for access via FTP to both
your CURRENT webspace and your NEW webspace over the next 24 hours.

FTP access to your CURRENT (old) webspace over the next 24 hours

To access to your CURRENT webspace, for the FTP hostname setting you
should only use the .websitehome.co.uk domain name (eg.
s123456789.websitehome.co.uk) listed in the Control Panel for your
package. Using any of your other domain names could have unpredictable
results and lead to data loss. In addition, you should avoid adding new
domains or changing any domain name settings.
You can find your FTP username/password access details in the 1&1 Control
Panel under Package Administration >> Web Space and Access >> FTP
Account.

FTP access to your NEW webspace over the next 24 hours

For access to your NEW webspace, you will not be able to use your domain
name and must instead use, for the FTP hostname setting, the following IP
address:
195.20.241.182
You can find your FTP username/password access details in the 1&1 Control
Panel under Package Administration >> Web Space/Access >> FTP Account.

FTP access to your webspace AFTER the next 24 hours
================================================================
After the next 24 hours you will be able to access your webspace using
the domain name as hostname in your FTP settings.

Domain names, Subdomains and Mailboxes
==========================================
When changing packages from Microsoft to Linux, we have to undertake a
domain name server update which takes up to 36 hours to complete. Once
this is completed, each domain name will be assigned to your new
webspace.
In addition, during the next 24 hours you should not reconfigure your
existing domains or add any new domain names to your package. After the
next 24 hours, any subdomains or mailboxes you had setup previously must
be re-created in your 1&1 Control Panel. You will find information about
creating subdomains in our FAQs in the section DOMAINS >> Subdomains, and
information about mailboxes in the E-mail section.
If you have any external domains (those not registered with 1&1) which
you have manually configured to pointing to 1&1 nameservers, you will
need to re-configure these. Please see the FAQ section DOMAINS >> DNS
transfer
(External Domain).
